We will lead you through the steps of our mindful nature healing experience. To fully benefit we suggest you allow 1-3 hours minimum for your nature healing experience. There is enough content in each step which could allow the duration of your experience to expand over a few days. This is ideal for retreats and/or just a friendly camping experience.
A typical Mindful Nature Healing Experience consists of 11 steps. Each step varies in time and duration and is dependent on the length of time we dedicate to the experience and the size of the group.
